All bets placed on jj804 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. jj804 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, price manipulation or technical error in the displayed odds.
Odds displayed on jj804 are updated in real time and reflect current market conditions. Odds are subject to change up until the start of the relevant sporting event. For live in-play markets, odds may be suspended at any time. jj804 makes no guarantee that any specific odds will remain available for the duration of a betting session.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for ICC events, FIFA for international football, or the UFC organisation for mixed martial arts). In cases of dispute, jj804's determination shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Clause 12.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the User's account balance in circumstances including, but not limited to: postponement or cancellation of an event, obvious pricing errors, technical failures during bet placement, or market suspension prior to completion of a wager.
jj804 applies minimum and maximum stake limits per bet, which may vary by market, event type and User account status. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. jj804 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where warranted.
From time to time, jj804 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback promotions or other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses awarded to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and time limits will be specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
jj804 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times across multiple accounts, hedging bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, using automated software to place bets, or exploiting pricing errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure without prior notice.
jj804 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a User's account, it will not be withdrawn unless there is evidence of abuse, a breach of these Terms or an administrative error in the crediting of the bonus.

jj804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jj804 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jj804 will process any remaining withdrawable balance in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.
Upon account closure, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal course. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds that have not been converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj804 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction, where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
